Terms of Service

VenueBand is operated by Lee L Brown, a sole proprietor using the trade name LeisureSoft, in North Carolina. Contact lee@venueband.app.

Using VenueBand

These terms govern use of VenueBand's website and enabled pilot features. Use the service only if you agree to these terms. Pilot accounts are for invited adults 18 and older. Keep credentials private and use only the workspaces and records you are authorized to access. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

What the service provides

VenueBand provides tools for organizing live-music bookings, calendars, band preparation and related records. Features described as planned or in development are not promises of current availability. The pilot is provided as available and may change or be interrupted. Keep independent copies of essential show information; the native offline and background stage experience still needs physical-device acceptance.

VenueBand is not a party to agreements between venues, bands or musicians. A manual payment entry does not establish that money transferred or a check cleared. The pilot does not offer public music purchases or subscription checkout.

Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in content you provide. You give VenueBand permission to store, process and display it as needed to operate the service and carry out your sharing instructions. Only provide music, charts, recordings or other material you have the right to use and share. Do not upload another person's private information without appropriate authority.

Do not send spam, harass others, infringe rights, upload malicious content or try to bypass access controls. Sharing a chart for another member to copy can create an independent copy that remains with that member. Removing a sharing permission cannot retrieve files already downloaded.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy describes information handling. SMS requires a separate, optional opt-in when enrollment becomes available; accepting these terms does not enroll you. See the SMS Terms.

Third-party services and availability

External sites, media players and payment services have their own terms. VenueBand does not guarantee their availability or the accuracy of user-entered information. The service is not an emergency communications system. Mandatory rights and protections under applicable law remain unaffected by these terms.

Suspension, changes and contact

We may restrict access to investigate misuse, protect users or maintain the pilot. Contact us about access problems or records you need to retrieve. These terms are governed by North Carolina law, subject to applicable mandatory protections. We will publish dated updates and provide further notice when required.
