SMS Terms

VenueBand operational notifications

The planned SMS program covers your VenueBand gig invitations, schedule changes and unread-message alerts. It does not include artist promotions, ticket advertising or unrelated marketing. These terms describe the program being prepared; no SMS subscription is created by visiting this page.

Optional consent

When enrollment opens, you will be shown a separate, unchecked consent choice and asked to supply a phone number you are authorized to use. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing anything or using VenueBand. Creating an account, accepting general terms or receiving a band invitation does not enroll you.

Frequency, rates and delivery

When activated, messages will recur according to your gig and account activity; there is no fixed weekly frequency. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Delivery depends on your carrier and connectivity and may be delayed or fail. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on SMS alone for urgent show changes.

Stopping messages and getting help

For the activated program, reply STOP to a VenueBand program message to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. STOP will apply to this VenueBand operational program, not just one band or conversation. Re-enrollment will require a new valid opt-in.

Reply HELP for assistance once SMS is active, or contact lee@venueband.app at any time. Notify us if you no longer control an enrolled number. SMS support does not replace signing in to review your gig or conversation.

Privacy and separate programs

Mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Delivery providers may process what is necessary to send and manage program messages. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Any future band, venue or artist promotional messaging will need its own clearly disclosed consent and applicable registration. Consent for PhysicianTrack or another product does not enroll you in VenueBand.
