From “are you free?”
to the final encore.

A connected workflow for live music, with a personal space for every player.

01

02

COORDINATE

Put the details in one place.

Use conversations, lineup invitations and personal calendars. Members see their own agreed pay; management permissions remain separate.

03

PREPARE

Make the set your own.

Arrange songs into sets and medleys. Drag or use keyboard controls to change the order, then lock it. Each musician can connect their personal chart to the shared song.

ON STAGE / IN DEVELOPMENT

Built toward a standalone stage.

The goal is dependable offline charts, pedal navigation, MIDI cues, click tracks and watch displays. Browser downloads and native watch prototypes exist; the complete native stage experience is not ready for performance use.

Development and hardware testing continue

A few good questions.

Can I use VenueBand with my band now?

The current pilot uses synthetic accounts and sample data. Real-user invitations, verification and recovery must be ready before broader onboarding.

Can I upload PDF charts and recordings?

The upload pipeline is built, but hosted uploads are disabled until scanning, private storage and delivery pass their operational checks.

Does everything work without internet?

No. Browser chart downloads are available in the pilot. YouTube requires internet. Native offline audio/MIDI and background stage operation still need implementation and actual-device testing.

What does it cost?

Pricing has not been announced. There is no subscription checkout on this site.

Can one person be a musician and a venue manager?

Yes. One account can have several memberships. Each workspace uses its own permissions, and your personal calendar remains yours.
